The role

The Kvänum Site is the largest Plant in the group with 280 employees and a turnover of SEK 1,4 billion. As Plant Manager, you will lead and develop the organization in Kvänum in a sustainable and proactive way with Swegon’s strategy in focus. You will have overall responsibility for the factory’s Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Quality.

The main role is to optimize, develop and grow the operation and business. In addition, constantly develop the collaboration with other areas within Swegon and the business unit. Other important areas are sustainability, equality, strengthening Swegon’s position within the geographical area by marketing the Kvänum factory as an employer and work with employee engagement in the organization.

Your profile

We think that you have an earlier experience from a position as a Site or Factory Manager, alternatively as a leader of other functions within a manufacturing unit or product development area. You could also be a leader in a qualified commercial role. Experience from leading leaders and acting in an international environment is meritorious.

GROUP PURCHASING MANAGER

The AXEL Group consist of almost 300 employees, has a turnover approaching MSEK 2,500 and six manufacturing units in France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the US (three plants). AXEL is a well-recognised and significant global player within their niche of private label lubricating grease and among their customers they are dealing with global majors.

THE ROLE
In this exiting role you will be responsible for strategic purchasing in close cooperation with purchasing staff in the operating units (matrix organization), to provide secure and cost-effective agreements with suppliers to meet the aggregated customer demand.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

  • At least five years of solid purchasing experience within a manufacturing industry. Specialization in petroleum and/or chemicals is advantageous, but not a requirement.
  • A good technical understanding is important, but you will have many very talented colleagues to learn from, so we value more highly a person who can absorb new information quickly.
  • Experience from a matrix organization and previous staff management experience is ideal, but not essential.
  • A multicultural understanding and experience of working in an international context.
  • Academic degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or in Engineering
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

We are looking for a person who wants to drive development through collaboration within and between the different functions. You have a holistic perspective while being able to handle issues of a more operational nature.

Affärsområdeschef – Recycling – Helsingborg/MalmöVi söker en affärsområdeschef för kunds räkning med placering i antingen Helsingborg eller Malmö. Bolaget är verksamt inom området för recycling, transport- och maskintjänster samt anläggningsmaterial i södra Sverige. Idag sysselsätter bolaget ca 350 medarbetare dagligen och omsättningen uppgår till ca 1,3 miljarder. VERKSAMHETSBESKRIVNING

Bolaget är ett modernt företag som med stort kundfokus tillhandahåller transport- och maskintjänster samt anläggningsmaterial i södra Sverige, allt med målet att skapa hållbara värden både för kunden och bolaget. OM ROLLEN SOM AFFÄRSOMRÅDESCHEF

I rollen kommer du vara en del av ledningsgruppen och ha det övergripande ansvaret för affärsområdet Recycling. Du kommer även samordna kontakten mellan bolaget och dess avtalsleverantörer samt vara den som bedömer och slutligen godkänner leverantörer. Som affärsområdeschef ingår även uppgifter som att säkerställa drift och uppföljning av fasta anläggningar samt driva försäljning av bolagets produkter och tjänster. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa bästa möjliga avsättning för material och upprätthålla en kontinuitet av strategiska schakttippar.

DIN PROFIL

Vi tror att du har en akademisk utbildning på högskolenivå alternativt motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet. Vi ser gärna att du har närmre 10 års erfarenhet av masshantering, transport eller liknande.

Som person är du strukturerad, förtroendeingivande och en lugn ledare.
Du tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och driver ständigt verksamheten framåt. Du motiveras även av att jobba mot uppsatta mål och deadlines, men förstår även vikten av att få nöjda kunder.

GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY MANAGER – ENVIRONMENT

Volvo Autonomous Solutions (V.A.S) is a new entity within the Volvo Group with the mission to offer transport solutions never seen before. We accelerate the development, commercialization, and sales of autonomous transport solutions, focusing on defined segments for the on- and off-road space.

V.A.S. is headquartered in Gothenburg and the organization employs some 320 highly skilled professionals and whereof a majority are working in the Swedish organization. The Autonomous Driving (AD) Development organization is divided into three different teams, each one headed by a Global Technology Manager (GTM): Environment Perception, Cloud and Motion Planning.

THE ROLE

The Environment domain consists of two departments, Perception and Localization. Today approx. 30 persons, but the group will grow to about 40 during next year. The development scope includes some of the most interesting and challenging building blocks of the automated driving system e.g. perception, localization, sensors, and computational nodes.

You will lead the work to define roadmap and objectives together with your management team, as well as partner with industry leaders on sensor selection and architecture.

As a member of the AD Development management team, you will provide clear summaries and recommendations to our executive leadership team. You will report to the Head of AD Development and the position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

YOUR PROFILE

You have both hands-on and managerial experience within software development and preferably from areas related to perception or localization. Facing challenges that do not always have clear solutions or outcomes is part of the work and our leadership style is characterized by managerial courage.

Knowledge of sensors e.g., lidar, camera, radar, and high-performance computational nodes are beneficial. However, we believe your potential, personality, and mindset to gain these capabilities is more important than having them today.

Our working environment is highly international and hence you need to be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
